Terms and conditions

Nintee lets you create and run golf groups: standings, live scoring, stats, friendly bets and game formats. Some features are free and others require a Premium subscription.

The organiser creates the group and adds their players. The organiser is responsible for how their group uses the service and for the data they enter (names, handicaps, results).

The Premium subscription is per group —one for the whole group, from the organiser's account—: 9,90 €/month or 99,90 €/year, VAT included. How you pay depends on where you subscribe.

From the web: the payment is processed by Stripe; Nintee does not store your card details. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it from the billing portal, and Premium access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

From the App Store or Google Play app: the purchase is charged by Apple or Google to your store account, not by Nintee; we use RevenueCat to know that the purchase is up to date. Renewal and cancellation are handled in the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account, where their own terms also apply.

Premium is digital content supplied immediately. By subscribing you expressly request that performance begins at that moment and acknowledge that you lose the fourteen-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (article 103.m of the Spanish consumer protection act). If you bought through the App Store or Google Play, the store's own terms also apply.

Except where the law requires otherwise, periods already started are not refunded. If something is wrong with the service, write to hola@ninteegolf.com and we'll look into it.

Purchases made inside the app are refunded by Apple or Google under their own rules: you have to ask them, not us.

You may not use Nintee for unlawful purposes, enter other people's data without their consent, or attempt to breach the security of the service.

Nintee keeps track of what the group bets among themselves —the table, side bets, game formats— but it does not run gambling and it does not move money: there are no payments between players inside the app, no deposits and no prizes. What the app does is add and subtract, like a notebook. What they owe each other and how they settle up is their business.

We do our best to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. The service is provided «as is», with no warranties beyond those required by law.

We may update these terms; relevant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use implies acceptance.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that apply under consumer protection rules.
